Exhibitions, galleries and sketches.

The last four months have been very busy for me. Not necessarily in my art world. I have spent time in art galleries and art exhibitions, doing en plein air and meeting with other artists and like minded people, but I haven’t been very productive in painting.

Another venue for my work is the Waihi Accounting Services Ltd. Their front window now has some strong watercolour artwork .

Art Edit Magazine is an Australian produced magazine that I was able to put an article and some work of mine in. Lots of new areas of exposure. This was featured in their Summer Edition 2020 magazine.

December was a time when I did feel the need to paint the beautiful Waihi beach once more.

The March April 2020 edition of New Zealand Artist Magazine has an article about the small art group, Unlimited Palette. As a member of this group it has been another opportunity for me to show my work to a wider audience.

With the likelihood of the cancelation of the Royal Easter Show due to Covid-19, I will not be exhibiting two pieces that were ready to be transported to the big event. They will now be in my home studio for personal viewing. Contact me if you would like to view.

Finally I would like to share some little plein air sketches that I have just done while cycling the Otago Rail Trail with my daughter.

Keep safe out there. From Pamela.
