Working from the Stables.

Three others working at the stables today. Leon works with timber, Mino works with copper and Tommy makes parchment for his script work.

Leon explaining his process for producing his art. The egg shape in the foreground is covered with fir cones.
Cut from timber the shape is covered with glass and rods of fencing wire.

I got to work on some paintings. Representational work from reference photos. My process usually includes this then pushing further into an abstract form. This may not happen for several weeks. Especially as something else will hit my senses while I’m still on holiday.

The cliffs of Dunnet Head. Orkney Islands in the distance.
Cromarty cottage.
Twilight at Cromarty village.

Final pack up tomorrow.😢

Talk tomorrow. Pamela.
