Farewell Casablanca

Haven’t much to say about today really as there was lots of travelling.

We said goodbye to our driver Hassan. I was genuinely a little tearful. He was so nice and loved to tell us about his country and his religion. I made him a little watercolour as a gift. I think he liked it.

To the airport and a wait then on a plane for 5 hours then customs, security and an hour drive to the hotel. Had a guard and dog sniff the van for bombs before we were allowed in to the hotel.

Spent my time doing these 2 sketches.

  1. The gift of beautiful art to draw/paint as you travel. What you see will stay in your heart forever because it flowed through your hand
