So my 9 year old granddaughter has reminded me twice this weekend that I’m due to do a blog for November so “where is it Grandma?” The pressure is on so here we go for this month.
That was the same weekend that I opened my studio doors and welcomed people in to view my work. It was a lovely weekend with lots of people out and about. A successful open studio time.
This exhibition came together so well, especially as we live in different parts of the country and when we hung it together it worked perfectly. The exhibition is on till the end of November.
A bit daunting standing up in this new space but a very supportive audience helped.
Recliner city invited local artists to display their work in the shop. They did such a good job at putting furniture in harmony with the art. It looks great. That’s my work you can see!!
Ok, so it wasn’t a scam. It was for real and there is my little piece hanging at the Venezia International Watercolour Festival. It finishes next weekend so have a look if you are passing!! Take a selfie and send to me!!😂
On Tuesday the 21st the Garden and Art Festival is launching their 1 year out celebration. This time next year it will be all on. Keep the 14th – 17th November 2024 free for that amazing event. Can’t wait.
