Outstanding because it’s one of my busiest months and here I am to tell you about it.
Welcome to my blog.
As I mentioned in my last post Franklin Arts exhibition was upcoming. Well now it’s past and a great exhibition it was. A new venue in the Franklin Centre by the library and Memorial Hall. I’m very happy to report that one of my 3 paintings exhibited SOLD.🔴

Waihi Plein air painters went to the Athenree homestead to sketch.

The Imprint Gallery at the Historic Village in Tauranga has an exhibition titled ‘Works on Paper’. I have 4 small works in this exhibition which is on till the end of the month. Check it out if you are in Tauranga.
This weekend just been was day 3 and 4 of the Tauranga Society of Artists EXPO. Approximately 109 artists and over 650 art works were displayed for the four days. An exhibition of very high calibre.

The Mount.

So looking toward the rest of the month now. I’m getting rather excited ( and nervous) about my role as Guest Artist at the Watercolour New Zealand annual exhibition. This year at Pataka Museum and Gallery in Porirua. Opening night is on Friday 18th October and finishes on Monday 28th.
I have 8 artworks packed and ready to put in our van to do the trip to Wellington. Two small works and 6 for the guest artist wall.

These are the 2 small works being exhibited.
Thanks to my lovely daughter, who visited from Brisbane, and my husband, we managed to select the 6 paintings to be framed for the exhibition. In their gorgeous frames I’m so proud to be presenting them.
I’ll take photos to show you on my next blog.
Thursday 14th November until Sunday 17th November is my final big event of the year. It’s the Garden and Art festival in Tauranga Bay of Plenty. Over 100 gardens, many with artists, but also artists in their studios. I will be at The Hub, down on the waterfront at the newly developed recreational area. Artists in marquees along with garden displays and workshops, music and stalls. I’m hopeful of sunny weather and lots of happy people to talk to.
If you follow my blog and will be visiting The Hub come and see me. All of my followers and past buyers will receive a 30% discount on any purchase over the 4 days. Show me a photo or this blog to get this discount. Love to see you there.

Love to get your feedback as ever. Ka kite ano. Pamela.
